Ballerina Day

When I got Marin out of bed this morning the first thing she did was twirl around and say, "Ballerina". It was super cute but also left me wondering where she learned that word??? I sure didn't teach it to her and I doubt she learned it at church. She even found a finger puppet with a tiny (and i mean tiny) tutu on and she immediately called it a ballerina. Regardless of where she leaned this, she was having a blast dancing around so I of course taught her some arm positions and took the opportunity to pull out a tutu her grandma gave her before she was born. She had a blast playing ballerina all day and it was "tutu cute".
I keep telling myself that I need to write down all the cute things she does before I forget them, but I'm not the best at doing it. Here are a few though...
- I found her squishing something all over her hands. It looked like soap and was sticky like soap but when I asked her what it was she answered, "boooogers." Must have been a lot of boooogers.

- One of our favorite things to do is to give each other a kiss and then simultaneously go, "aaaahhhh" while moving our heads back and forth. You'd have to see it.

- I don't know why, but I love how she calls a bathing suit a baby suit.

- When my mom was here she started this thing where she points at something, covers her mouth and pretends to laugh about whatever she pointed at. I guess I must cover my mouth when I laugh sometimes.

There are many many other things I love, but those are just a few. She is so much fun right now.
