Candy Cane Lane

So, our church has this children's Christmas bonanza every December and Marin and I went today. She got to decorate a cookie, pet the animals (including the hugest camel EVER) and ride on some scary carnival-looking rides. I say scary only because they looked like they might just fall apart at any minute. I think someone sautered some metal together, spray painted it and tried to pass it off as a real ride. Ok, Ok, I'm really not complaining because the whole thing was free, I'd just like to say that I'm glad we're all still alive. Three cheers for the church carnival. To give credit where it's due, our church is super generous with the whole "candy cane lane" event and it's tons of fun for the kids. enough said.
