So...we weren't really prepared to be having a baby at 36 weeks and 3 days (and hadn't decided on a name) but nonetheless he showed up on March 6th! It just never occurred to me that I could have a baby so early. I was working on his baby room last Saturday and noticed that I was having regular contractions so I decided to take it easy, being sure that the contractions would go away. Hours passed, then some more hours, and I realized that not only were they not going away, but they had been 3 minutes apart for about 6 hours. Still in denial, I even tried to go to bed that night, but around 1am I started bleeding and knew it was time to head to the hospital. He was born that Sunday morning at 7:12. He is doing great and is a good size for being so early. We are so thankful that everything went well and that while I was on the verge of having a C-section, it was narrowly avoided.
Levi has the same "Wetherell" look that his brother and sister had and I can't wait to see if his hair and eyes stay dark like Marin's or if he turns into a blondie like Graham.
Either way, he's a keeper! We are thankful to God for bringing another little one into our family...
